Payment
Methods
We accept credit and debit card
payments
including Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it
is ready to ship. You are also welcome to place orders by telephone,
fax or post.
Credit Card
Security
All
credit card payments are processed by Secure Trading using their secure
web pages which use 128 bit encryption. We do not store any credit card
information.
Currencies
All purchases through this shop will be
charged
to your card in British Pounds
If your local currency is not British Pounds, you should
go back to the KAZ home page and select the shop for your
country.
If your currency is unavailable, we recommend
you choose the USA
shop and pay in US dollars. Your card issuer will convert the US dollar
price
into your own currency. The amount appearing on your card statement
will depend
upon their exchange rate and transaction
charges.
Tax
Charges
Orders
placed within the UK or the European Union are subject to 17.5% value
added tax (VAT). The prices shown within the KAZ UK store include VAT.
Guarantee We
guarantee the KAZ CD ROM will be free from defects under normal use for
a period of 30 days from the date of
purchase. With respect to the KAZ Software,
Gotham New Media
disclaims all warranties other than the above limited warranty by
Gotham New Media, either express or implied including but not limited
to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. Gotham New Media does not warrant that the course
will meet the user's requirements or that the operation of the course
will be error free. In particular Gotham New Media does not
warrant that end users will achieve touch-typing skills in 90 minutes
as times vary from person to person. The complete
KAZ course takes an average of 4 hours plus
practice.
Any use of the KAZ Software on the user's
computer equipment or in connection with the user's information
system(s) or operations is at the user's sole risk and the user shall
be responsible for the installation of the KAZ Software, it's
compatibility and effect on the user's computer hardware, software,
information system(s) or operations.
Whilst Gotham
New Media will endeavour to ensure that its KAZ Software and the method
by which it is distributed is free from viruses, the user shall bear
the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the same, both prior to
installation on its computer systems and subsequently during everyday
use.
Limitation on
Damages
In no event shall
Gotham New Media be liable for any damages whatsoever (including
without limitation, damages for loss of profit, business interruption,
loss of information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
installation of, the use of, or inability to use the KAZ Software, even
if Gotham New Media have been advised of the possibility of such
damages. In no event Gotham New Media's liability for any
reason exceed the actual price paid for the licence to use the KAZ
Software.
