Software Activation codes for
KAZ online accounts and downloaded
software are mailed immediately following your credit card
payment. In most cases
the codes can be used immediately to activate your online account or
KAZ software. In
a few cases with larger orders or where there has been a problem during
the card authorisation process, the activation codes will not work
until they have been released by a member of our accounts team.

Versions
Prices include shipping
and handling. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business
days . International orders are generally received in under 8 business
days. KAZ CDROM versions do
not require activation codes.

Cancellation
The operation
of activating your KAZ online account or Kaz on your computer using the
key sent to you constitutes
both the start of performance and the act of unsealing a
product. Consequently, no
right of cancellation may be exercised for downloaded
or online KAZ products once they have been activated. You may
cancel your
order by telephone or email up to the time that the product has been
activated, thereafter cancellation is not
possible. If purchasing a KAZ
CD-ROM, you may cancel
your
order by telephone or email up to the time that the product has been
mailed, thereafter cancellation is not
possible.
Returns In the event that your KAZ CD ROM is faulty, please return
it
in its original
packing together with your receipt of purchase from Gotham New Media
Ltd within 30 days of purchase. In the case of a faulty CD ROM, we will
replace it free of charge. If the CD ROM is not faulty we will return
it to you.
